Ingredients
- 4-5 medium or cups of potatoes cut up
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 4 hard cooked eggs (sliced)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup mayo with 1 teaspoon milk
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard

Step 1
Add a little sugar to mayo. Instead of milk
with the mayo, you can add sweet pickle
juice as well as cutting up some sweet
pickles to add to potatoes. Throw all together.
