FUDGE TO DIE FOR

  • POT CONTENTS
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups canned milk
  • 31 large marshmallows
  • 2 Tbsps vanilla
  • BOWL CONTENTS
  • 2 cups chopped walnuts
  • 2 cubes butter
  • 12 oz pkg chocolate chips
  • 2 Tbsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

In a VERY LARGE deep pot combine sugar and canned milk. Cook on high flame, stirring constantly. Once it starts to boil, cook 4 minutes. Mixture will thicken slightly. Add 31 marshmallows, stirring constantly. As soon as it starts to bubble, cook 3 minutes longer.

Pour contents of pot over the mixture in bowl. Stir, stir, stir until glossy and shiny. Pour into 9 x 13 inch baking dish sprayed with Pam. Cover with foil and refrigerate 24 hours.
