Onion Soup Mix

Ingredients

• 4 teaspoons beef bouillon granules
• 3 tablespoons dried onion flakes
• 2 teaspoons onion powder
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• This equals 1 packet of onion soup mix*

Preparation

Step 1

•Stir ingredients together. If beef granules are too large, simply put them in a small baggie and roll over them with a rolling pin until they resemble a fine powder.
•Store in an airtight container in the pantry or in the freezer.

If mixing a large batch, 5-6 Tablespoons of mix equals 1 packet of onion soup mix
