Ingredients
- 6 cherry peppers, halved, seeded, drained & patted dry
- 1/2 c softened cream cheese
- 12 thin slices bacon
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Stuff each cherry pepper with a heaping teaspoon cream cheese & wrap with a slice of bacon; secure with toothpick
Arrange peppers in large oven proof skillet & cook over mod heat, turning, until bacon is browned, @ 12-15 min. Transfer skillet to oven & bake 5 min. Serve warm.
