Ingredients
- 1/4 c olive oil
- 1 1/4 lb halved Brussels sprouts
- salt and pepper
- 2 oz chopped corned beef
- 1 tsp crushed coriander seeds
- 2 chopped scallions
Preparation
Step 1
Heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over high heat. Add Brussels sprouts; season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring once, until browned and tender, 7 to 8 min. Add corned beef coriander and scallions; cook, stirring until warmed through, 1 min.
