Ingredients
- 18 oz container old fashioned oats
- 8 oz sliced almonds
- 1 c dried cranberries
- 1 c dried apricots
- 1 c light brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 sticks butter, unsalted, melted
- 1/2 c honey
Preparation
Step 1
Mix oats, almonds, fruit,brown sugar, cinnamon,and salt in a large bowl.
heat butter and add honey. Pour over oats and toss. Pour mixture on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake, stirring occasionally, until oats are toasted and sugar begins to caramelize. 350* for 35-40 minutes. Cool completely on pan. Store in airtight container.
