Ingredients
- cut 1/2 # fresh mozzarella into 12 slices. Slice 2 large tomatoes, spinkle with1/2 tsp. salt.
- Alternate tomato and cheese slices on a platter; drizzle with3 tbs evoo.
Preparation
Step 1
Cover and chill for 4 hours. Just before serving sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and 1/2 c chopped fresh basil.
