No Bake Chocolate Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 2 cups dry oats
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 1/4 cup dark choc chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla.

Preparation

Step 1

Melt peanut butter, Honey and coconut oil over med low heat. Once melted, remove from heat and add to oats, shredded coconut, choc chips and vanilla. Stir until choc chips are entirely melted. Pour into 9x13 pan and cool in fridge. When it sets cut into bars.
