Vanilla Cake

Perfect for chocolate frosting or strawberry shortcake. Great vanilla flavor with the lite cake consistency.

Ingredients

• 2 cup sugar
• 1 cup butter
• 4 eggs
• 3 cups flour
• 3 1/2 tsp baking flour
• 1 cup milk
• 4 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

1. preheat oven to 350 degrees

2. Cream butter, add sugar and mix until light and fluffy. Add eggs and combine.

3. Add vanilla and mix for 30 seconds. Add flour and baking powder. Combine for 20 seconds. Add milk and combine for 1 minute til smooth and thick.

4. Pour into buttered/floured baking pans.

5. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until cake, when toothpick inserted comes out clean.
