Greek Turkey Cups

Ingredients

  • 4 oz ground turkey
  • 1/4 C oats
  • 2 T dijon mustard
  • 1 T oregano
  • 1 T feta cheese
  • 1/2 T olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together and cook in a ramekin or make a few at a time to grab and go! Cook at 350 degrees for about 25 min. Store in the fridge for up to a week!
