Ingredients
- 2 lb package frozen hash brown potatoes, partially thawed
- 16 oz sour cream
- 2 C (8 oz) shredded Colby cheese
- 1 C (4 oz) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 C onion, chopped
- 1/2 C green pepper, chopped
- 2 oz jar sliced pimientos, drained
- 1 T chicken flavored bouillon

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350oF. Combine all ingredients except 1/2 C Colby cheese in a large bowl, mix well. Turn into buttered 13"x 9" baking dish. Bake 55-60 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Top with remaining cheese, bake 3-5 minutes or until cheese melts. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
