Warm Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • 16-oz. sour cream
  • 10-oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 can-140z artichokes, drained
  • 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 tsp. salt,
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Preparation

Step 1

heat oven to 425 degrees. In food processor, pulse sour cream, spinach, artichodes, cheese, garlic, 1/4 tsp. salt and pepper until combined. Transfer to 2 qt baking dish. Bake 17 to 20 minutes or until bubbling.
