CRANBERRY SAUCE # 1

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh (or frozen) cranberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all 3 ingredients in small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer, uncovered, for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cranberries split. Remove from heat. Sauce will thicken as it cools.
