Ingredients
- Seasoned flour:
- 4 cube steaks
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- Batter mix:
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp powdered chicken granules
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Combine seasoned flour mixture on a plate. Combine batter mix in a bowl.
Press steaks into flour. Shake off excess. Dip into batter then back into flour. Press. Fry in hot oil 2 1/2 - 3 minutes or until floating on top.
