Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup almonds (blanched, whole)
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1/2 cup peanuts
- 1/2 cup pecans
Preparation
Step 1
In a large saute pan, add butter, rosemary sugar, salt, cinnamon, cayenne and rosemary. Stir to melt the butter and dissolve the sugar. Add the almonds, cashews, peanuts, pecans, and cook for a few more minutes, until fragrant. Remove from heat and set aside to a parchment-lined baking sheet to cool slightly.
Fill a mason jar with the spiced nuts
