Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 1 pound mushrooms (24 caps)-washed and pierced with fork
  • 5 slices bacon
  • 4 green onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cheese flavored salad croutons

Preparation

Step 1

Finely chop onion and garlic and sautee in margarine. Cook bacon until crisp and chop. Mix sour cream and croutons and add onion and garlic. Mix well. Add bacon and combine. Divide stuff among 24 caps, mounding slightly. Place caps on roast trivet. Broil or microwave at 70% for 6 minutes.
