Oatmeal Maple Pecan Bread

Ingredients

• 3 cups bread flour
• 1 c plus 2 T water
• 1 cup oatmeal
• 1/3 cup maple syrup
• 1 tbsp vegetable oil
• 2 1/4 tsp yeast
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 cup pecans
• 1 cup raising

Preparation

Step 1

Place ingredients in bread machine in order suggested by manufacturer EXCEPT pecans and raisins. Set machine for sweet cycle and add nuts and raisins at the beep.
