Mexican Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz or the small bag of finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup of light mayo
  • 1 can of chopped green chilies (it is a very small can...the smallest it comes)
  • 1 very small can of the finely chopped olives (I only use about 1/2 of can)
  • dash of garlic powder, salt, pepper
  • scallions
  • chopped tomatoes

Preparation

Step 1

Bake 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. Mix about half way through. Take out and top with scallions and chopped tomatoes. Serve with scoops chips.
