Weight Watchers Parmesan Chicken Cutlets 1 Picture


  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 2 tbsps Italian style breadcrumbs (dried)
  • 1/8 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper (fresh)
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
In a reusable plastic bag, combine cheese, crumbs, paprika, parsley, garlic and pepper, shake well.
Dip each chicken breast into crumb mixture, turning to coat all sides.
Arrange chicken on nonstick baking sheet.
Bake until chicken is cooked through, 20-25 minutes
