Vampire Bread

Ingredients

• 13 oz milk, warm
• 1 egg, room temp
• 1/2 stick butter, room temp
• 8 garlic cloves, crushed
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 4 cups flour
• 1 tsp yeast

Preparation

Step 1

Add ingredients in order suggested by bread machine manufacturer and set for basic cycle, light crust.
