Ingredients
- 2 3 oz. pkg. blackberry gelatin
- 2 cups hot water
- 1 15 oz. can blueberry pie filling
- 1 sm. can crushed pineapple
- 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 pint sour cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Pecans
Preparation
Step 1
Dissolve gelatin in hot water, let cool. Add blueberry pie filling and pineapple. Set until firm. Combine cream cheese, sugar, sour cream and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Spread on gelatin mixture. Top with pecans. You can omitt crushed pineapple and use raspberry gelatin if you wish.
