STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM FLOAT

Ingredients

• 1 Tbsp strawberry jam
• 1 tsp water
• 2 cups lemon-lime soda
• 2 Tbsp strawberry Jell-O
• 2-1/2 cups strawberry ice cream
• 1/2 cup whipped topping
• 2 whole strawberries

Preparation

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, stir together the jam and water. Set aside.


In another mixing bowl, stir together the soda and Jell-O. Set aside.


Divide the strawberry ice cream between two large glasses. Top the ice cream with the soda mixture, then the whipped topping, dividing both evenly between the glasses. Drizzle the jam mixture overtop and garnish each with a whole strawberry.
