Ingredients
- 4 c chicken breast, cooked and chopped
- 1/2 c light mayonnaise
- 1/4 c Parmesan cheese, freshly shredded
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tbs chopped pecans, toasted
- 2 celery ribs, chopped
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/8 tsp salt
Preparation
Step 1
Stir together first 8 ingredients. Cover and chill for 2 hours. Garnish with toasted almonds
