  • For 3 cups cooked rice;
  • 1 cup rice 2 cups water 1 tsp.salt
  • For 4 cups cooked rice;
  • 1 1/3 cup rice 2 2/3 cup water 1 tsp.salt

Step 1

Heat rice,water and salt to boiling,stirring once or twice. Reduce heat to simmer;cover pan tighlty and cook 14 min.. (Do not lift cover or stir) Remove pan from heat. Fluff with fork;cover and let steam 5 to 10 min..
