Lemon Cake

Moist lemon glazed cake.

Ingredients

• 1 box lemon cake mix
• 1 sm. lemon jello
• 3 eggs
• 3/4 cup water
• 1/2 cup oil
• lemon rind from 1 lemon

Preparation

Step 1

Mix lemon cake mix and dry jello. Then add remaining ingredients. Grease 9x13 pan. Bake at 350o about 45 min.. Prick while hot and pour on icing.

Icing; 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar+juice from 1 lemon(approximately 1/4 cup)
