Maple Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar or red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp plus 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • salt and black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all together and cover. Refrigerate up to one week. Shake or stir before serving.
