Ingredients
- 3 lbs. chicken wings (1.5 kg.)
- 1/3 cup each .... Hoisin sauce, soy sauce, liquid honey
- 2 tsp. each ..... minced garlic, grated fresh ginger, hot pepper sauce

Step 1
Cut wings into two pieces at joint. Arrange wings in single layer on large rimmed baking sheet ( nonstick or foiled lined, sprayed lightly with cooking spray). Bake in 425F oven for 20 minutes. Meanwhile combine remaining ingredients ins small saucepan. Bring to boil and boil for 3 minutes; set aside. Drain off any fat in baking pan. Turn wings over and drizzle with glaze mixture. Bake for 20 - 30 minutes longer, turning and basting wings several times with glaze as it thickens, until they are well browned and glazed. Serve warm
