Patrician Potato Recipe

Ingredients

• 4 cups freshly mashed potatoes.(6 med. size)
• 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese, drained
• 1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
• 3/4 cup sour cream
• 1 1/2 Tbsp. grated onion
• 2 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cook potatoes...add no milk or butter. add ingredients and mix.Spoon into butter shallow bowl. Bake until bubbly. Add melted butter and sprinkle with almonds.
