Chili Mac

Chili mac is easy to make from scratch! If you'd like, add a can of beans, and top with some shredded Cheddar cheese.

Ingredients
- 4 slices of bacon, cooked
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 2 (28-ounce) cans crushed tomatoes
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 pound ground beef, cooked and drained
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 8 ounces macaroni, uncooked
- Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
Cook bacon, remove from skillet and drain. Saute onions and celery in bacon grease. Add parsley flakes, tomatoes, chicken broth, ground beef and sugar.
Cook macaroni according to the directions on the package until just tender. Drain and add the ground beef mixture. Let simmer for about 5 minutes for the flavors to blend.
