Ingredients
- 2 cups baby green peas frozen, thawed
- 2 tbs evoo
- 1 tbs red wine vinegar
- 1 tbs honey
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 radishes(add more), finely sliced
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 c crumbled feta cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Thaw peas.
Whisk together next 5 ingredients, plus salt and pepper to taste.
Add peas, radishes, onion and toss to coat. Sprinkle with feta.
