- 150 gm Plain Flour
- 100 gm Butter
- 50 gm Sugar
- vanilla Optional
Chop Butter and Flour together and rub into small crumbs.
Add sugar and work together to form a dough.
Wrap in plastic and rest in fridge for 20 minutes
Roll out into a sugared benchtop
Cut shapes and bake on a dry baking tray for about 20 minutes at 180 deg
For Chocolate shortbread replace 40gms og the flour with cocoa powder
