Vietnamese Meatballs
By kbwinson
Delightfully savory meatballs, they can be eaten as an entrée with rice or as a sandwich, tucked into hoagie rolls (see "Baguette Sandwhich"). They can also be used in the "Pan Seared Tomatoes Stuffed With Pork" recipe.
