Mississippi Mudd Pie

This is a great dessert for holidays. It is always a hit!

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 1 1/2 cups walnut pieces
• 1/2 cup melted butter
• 2 packages cream cheese, 8 ounces
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1 cup cool whip
• 1 large box Vanilla and Chocolate instant pudding
• 3 cups milk
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 cup powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Crust: Mix 1 ½ cups flour, 1 ½ cups walnut pieces, and ½ cup melted butter. Make crust, press into a 13 x 9 baking dish. Bake at 400 F for 10 minutes. Do not overcook. Cool crust completely. *Make the night before

1st layer: Mix (2) 8-oz cream cheese, 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 cup cool whip. Spread on Crust.

2nd layer: Mix 1 large box Vanilla and Chocolate instant pudding, 3 cups milk, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 cup powdered sugar. Spread on 1st layer.

Top with cool whip and crushed walnuts
