Ingredients
- 1 Lb small potatoes,quartered
- 1 Tsp dried Italian seasoning
- 4 hot dogs,diagonally cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/3 Cup ketchup
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Lb frozen vegetable mix
Preparation
Step 1
Coat skillet with melted butter;heat over medium heat. Add potatoes,seasoning and 1/4 tsp salt;cook until browned,5-7 minutes. Add 1/2 cup water,ketchup and Worcestershire. Cover;reduce heat to medium-low. Cook until potatoes are cooked through,15-20 minutes. Add vegetables;cover and cook,5 minutes.
