Ingredients
- 1 (12 oz.) semisweet chocolate morsels
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 oz.) Bordens Sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350*.
Grease 13”x 9” pan.
In double boiler, melt chocolate morsels and butter, remove from heat.
Stir in crumbs and nuts.
Press ½ of mixture into bottom of pan using the back of a large spoon.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
Beat in condensed milk, vanilla and egg. Mix well.
Pour into pan, top with remaining crumbs.
Base 25-30 minutes.
Cool to room temperature..
Refrigerate before cutting into squares.
