Individual Cherry Crips

Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh cherries, pitted
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Step 2Spread cherries evenly in 4 lightly greased 4-inch ramekins; set aside.

Step 3Combine flour, sugar, oats and baking powder, mixing well. Add egg and cinnamon, stirring gently with a fork to combine. Sprinkle flour mixture evenly over cherries. Drizzle with butter.

Step 4Place ramekins on a baking sheet. Bake 30 to 35 minutes, or until lightly browned and bubbly. Serve warm.
