Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 green bell peppers, chopped
- 12 oz Velveeta cheese
- 1/2 pound cooked macaroni noodles
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
Preparation
Step 1
What You’ll Do:
In a medium saute pan, brown your beef and seasonings together until cooked through. Remove and set aside. In your fresh pan, saute your onion and bell peppers until softened, then add your meat back into the pan and mix together. Once everything is fully combined, simply place large chunks of the Velveeta on top of the meat and around the entire pan.
It may take a few minutes to properly melt, but allow your pan time enough to ooze and transform into a saucy, cheesy mixture. Add in your cooked pasta, and stir it all up until well-mixed before transferring to a greased casserole dish. As if it doesn’t look delectable enough, we are going to make it even better. You guessed it—more cheese! Sprinkle your favorite shredded variety over the top before you place the dish in the oven and allow it to get nice and golden brown. Bake for about 15-20 minutes at 375°F and get ready to eat!
This dish takes so little time and so little dishes, it will become a household favorite in no time! Simply take this out of the oven and serve it by “slicing” the gooey dish into squares for your each family member to enjoy.
