Ingredients
- 2 lbs. raw large shrimp no shell
- 2 teaspoons Lemon Citrus Ellbee's
- 1/4 cup white wine, or apple juice
- 2 tablespoon apricot preserves
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all together and place into zip lock bag for 1 hour
Spear onto kabob sticks and grill on medium heat for 4-6 minutes. Serve over a bed of rice with some grilled zucchini.
