Grace's Chicken

Ingredients

  • 8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 4-6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (8-ounce) jar Grey Poupon Dijon mustard
  • Juice of 2 lemons

Preparation

Step 1

Pound chicken breast halves thin
Whisk together all other ingredients
Spead both side of chicken breasts with mixture, cover and marinate in refrig for 4 to 24 hours.
Grill chicken breasts for 6 to 10 minutes or until done.
