Ingredients
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 4 teaspoons Tuscan Ellbee's
- 1/3 cup EVOO, or Grapeseed Oil
- 4 lb. whole beef tenderloin, or tender chuck roast
- 1 lb. thick cut bacon
Preparation
Step 1
Combine marinade ingredients and set aside 1/2 cup for basting. Put tenderloin, cut into 4 strips into large zip lock bag and marinate overnight in refrigerator. Remove and wrap meat with bacon, secure with toothpicks. Place tenderloin on low fire grill, turning every 15 minutes and basting with marinade. BBQ with lid close until beef reaches 175-200 degrees. Serve with fresh corn on the cob, dipped in Ellbeee's butter, and a side of fresh green beans. Amazingly delicious! Serves 6-8. Makes great leftovers for sandwiches.
