Ingredients
- Cilantro Lime Butter:
- 6 cobs of corn, shucked
- 1/2 cup soft Butter
- 2 Tbsp Chopped Cilantro
- 1/2 Lime, Zested and juiced
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Cayenne Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1) Preheat oven to 400
2) Mix all ingredients for Cilantro Lime Butter and then rub all over the corn.
3) Wrap individually in foil
4) Roast for 25 minutes
