CilantroButter

Great for corn on the cob. Also good on other summer veggies, or to baste chicken, pork or seafood. Also on French bread, then toast.

Ingredients
- 1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 c cilantro leaves
- 1/3 c sunflower seed
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 c evoo
- 2 tbs lime juice
- salt to taste
- 1 stick butter, softened
Preparation
Step 1
In food processor, process all ingredients except butter. Mix 4 tbs with softened butter for use. Remaining mix can be kept in fridge.
