Garlic Roasted Asparagus

Change to broccoli and add sesame seed

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 # fresh asparagus spears
  • 2-3 cloves garlic
  • 2-3 tbs evoo
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 fresh ground pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400*. Trim asparagus. Place on baking pan, add remaining ingredients. Toss to coat. Roast 10-15 minutes or until crisp-tender. Stir half way through and serve immediately.
