Ingredients
- 1 Clove garlic, sliced
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp dill seed
- 1 Dill sprig
- 1/2 lb of vegetable of your choice
- 1/4 Tablespoon kosher salt
- 1/4 Tablespoon sugar
- 8 ounces of water
- Clean pint jar

Step 1
In clean pint jar, add garlic, red pepper flakes, dill seed, dill sprigs and vegetable of your choice.
Add water, kosher salt and sugar , bring to boil, pour over vegetable; cover and refrigerate for three days before opening.
Opened pickles will keep for 2 months
