Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/2 red onion, minced (about 1/2 cup)
- 2 T cilantro leaves, finely chopped
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1/2 t coarse salt
- 1/2 ripe tomato
Preparation
Step 1
Cut avocado in half and scoop out. Mash and add the chopped onion, cilantro, lemon and salt.
Add tomatoes right before serving. Cover with plastic directly on surface to keep from browing.
