Pork chops teriyaki

  • 1 c 8oz pineapple chunks
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 6 boneless chops
  • 1/2 c teriyaki sauce
  • 1/4 c water
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tsp ginger root
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1/2 c chopped green onions
  • 1 c garlic



Step 1

Drain pineapple reserve juice. Heat oil in Dutch oven brown pork chops on both sides, combine reserved juice teriyaki sauce, 1/4 c water, sesame seed, ginger, pour over pork chops simmer 30 minutes. Turn chops over cook 30 min more. Remove chops. Dissolve corn starch with water and stir into pan juices. Cook till thickens, stir in pineapple and onions, return chops.
