Ingredients
- Boil gizzard, neck, liver and heart in a pot until done. Use broth for dressing and gravy.
- 1 large onion ,chopped
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 package cubed bread
- 1 pan southern southern cornbread
- 2 beaten egg1/2 pound sausage, fried
- salt and pepper
- sage to taste
- 2 cans chicken broth

Step 1
Add all ingredients until it is the consistency is a little moist.
Cook at 350 degrees
