Christmas Brunch Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb bacon, chopped
  • 1 dozen eggs
  • dash of milk, salt, pepper
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 c. shredded cheddar

Preparation

Step 1

Cook bacon until crisp. Soft scramble eggs with a little milk. Salt and pepper to taste. Place cooked eggs in a baking dish. Spread with sour cream. Layer bason over sour cream and top with cheese. Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
