Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 pounds shrimp
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp. curry powder
- 1 can coconut milk (13 1/2 oz size
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 whole lime, juiced
Preparation
Step 1
Heat the butter over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook 2-3 min Remove to plate and set aside
Add the onion and garlic and stir to cook for 2 min
Sprinkle curry powder over and continue cooking for another couple of min. Reduce the heat to medium low and pour in coconut milk, stirring to combine. Add honey, salt, and lime juice and allow the sauce to heat up until bubbling gently. Add shrimp to sauce
