Ingredients
- 2 ten ounces packages frozen chopped broccoli thawed & drained
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup, 15 ounces
- 3 egg well beaten
- 1 small onion chopped
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic Powder

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl beat eggs. Add all other ingredients and mix very well. Pour into a 3 qquart caasserole dish an back for 1 hour.
This picture shows the Soufle topped with bread crumbs, but I don't like them. You can however top it with French's fried onions, YUM!!!!
